Welcome to the Sanghakaya Foundation
Mission For Dhamma Mission For Peace
The Sanghakaya Foundation, a non-profit organization, is devoted to uplifting marginalized segments of
society through the transformative power of Dhamma. Guided by compassion, peace, and service, we aim
to bring inner harmony and social comprehensive support to monks, nuns, laypeople, and their families.
With the successful organization of five International Buddhist Conferences centered on Peace,
Compassion, Harmony, and the preservation of Buddhist Heritage Sites in India, we are now expanding
our mission. This new initiative provides holistic support, emphasizing the integration of wisdom,
mindfulness, and compassionate service.
We invite you to journey with us—toward peace, mindfulness, and meaningful living.

Dakshina:
Yoga’s Practice of “Giving Back”
Some description text for this item
Dakshina is an ancient tradition of those who practice yoga, and it is a display of generosity – a private contribution to the financial support of the teacher and their teachings.
When we experience a pure inner impulse caused by a higher purpose to help others, to express our unconditional gratefulness, it is called Dakshina. We are being guided by our feelings, and, in this case, the amount we give is irrelevant as long as we gain our own true Self.
